TERMS & CONDITIONS

AVAILABILITY AND DURATION

All year around, starting on a weekend to weekly basis. Saturday to Saturday. Please contact us for different enquires:

Apartments are ready for you to move in at 14.30 hrs and must be vacated by 10.30.
You can also rent for the season. Please contact us for further information regarding season rent.

PAYMENT

Payments are made to:

Reservation deposit.
A deposit of 50% is required within 5 working days of the provisional booking. The reservation is not confirmed until this payment is made and deposited in our bank.

Payment 2.
Second payment (the last 50 %) is due 50 days before arrival. If the holiday is booked in less than 50 days of arrival, the total cost is requested in those 5 working days from the booking.

Booked.
Your holiday is booked when we confirm it.

Payment can be made by:
* Cheque in €uros, to WILDSAND (or in pounds stirling for an agreed amount, but with a exchange cheque fee of 15 €s)
* Credit card -over the phone to Nicole or by printing the FAX credit card form filling in your particulars and faxing them to Nicole, by arrangement.
* Bank transaction. You will receive the necessary information on reply to your booking Email.

DISCOUNTS

10% discount applies if renting one apartment for more than 1 week, or more than one apartment, per week.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept all major credit cards.

TOURIST TAX

Tourist tax of approximately 1.5 € per adult person per day is included in cost.
Provided for this tax, is a holiday tourist card, that allows a discount service for certain facilities thought out the valley.
I.e.: cheaper entry to the pool, free bus and Train in the valley, discount cross-country ski pass…

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A refundable deposit of 150 € per apartment is payable upon arrival, at the collection of your keys or pre-paid during booking.

CANCELLATION

Shall be done so in writing with booking persons signature. The following refunds shall apply from the date we receive the written notice:
1-14 days notice - Non refundable
15-30 days before arrival - 30 % is refundable to you
31-60 days before arrival - 70 % is refundable to you
61 days or longer - All monies refundable minus a 15 € administration fee
