Separate Shower/toilet room, the flat comprising of 27 m2 in all. Situated on the second floor of the francotel complex rue des Pècles,(opposite les Ferme apartment) facing the Brevant ski area.

Route des Pècles is an extension of the main road, 20 meters from the vagabond (the old Brévent bar. 350 Meters to the Cham sud bus stop. A 10-minute walk in ski gear up a steep hill to the Brévent ski area. Parking on street outside house.
